Casa Ellwe was built in 2022 and is a semi-detached villa in Torre del Mar,
which is located between Málaga and Nerja on Spain's sunny coast.
A perfect house for the large family or for two families who want to have holiday together.
The easiest way to get here is to fly to Malaga and then take a bus/taxi or rental car 30 minutes east!
From the house it is about 800m to the sea and the same distance to restaurants and shops!
In Torre del Mar there is a lot to do; water parks, golf course, padel, a long and nice beach promenade, etc.
The house consists of four bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and two have single beds.
One bedroom has two extra beds. Each bedroom has a bathroom with a shower or bathtub.
There is a living room with sofa and dining table
as well as a
TV room in the basement with a 70-inch TV with sound bar.
The house is equipped with all amenities such as WiFi, private pool, fully equipped kitchen and gas grill. There is AC in all bedrooms and living rooms, laundry facilities and alarms.
The entrance level can be adapted for the disabled and
for the smallest children there is, among other things, a highchair, travel cot and toys.
